Ethan is Laundry

I don't know why he loves to sit in our laundry sorter.... but he sure does. This is an old-ish pic - but my computer/camera something just ate my new pics. Bummer. Maybe I will be able to find them in the morning. Its too late for pictures. :)

Valentine Day Display in the kitchen

So, I change these shelves out by season -- and here is the Valentine Display. How cute, huh?

My orchid bloomed

I got this orchid from Jessie for my birthday (I think my 60th!!!) After it blooms and loses its flowers, it looks like a stick with big healthy leaves. But, this one seems to bloom every year on or around my birthday. It's snowing today -- so the tropical flower is a bit bizarre with a background outside of a big snow!

I made Ethan a Fleece Hat

And here it is modeled by the prince. He loves it. Hopefully, it will make it to Colorado this week!

Reindeer Ears

Ethan made reindeer ears at preschool before Christmas. We found them and had fun taking turns wearing them.

Snow at Grandma Barb's

We had a big snow Saturday and Sunday -- Today it looks like it will warm up and maybe all the snow will melt. Sun is out -- and the temp should get to the 40's today.

New Car

This remote control car was a Christmas present from Auntie Terry. Ethan had a ball playing with it.

This is Don -- pretty happy that we have wireless now -- and that he can surf his fave spots without having to go to the cold basement!
So, just hanging out on New Year's, planning 2009. Checking out eBay -- Craig's List -- auction sites. And, the extra good news for today -- airline prices for Las Vegas <--> Colorado Springs. Vanessa and the kids are coming for a visit later this month
